Desert Disco Productions is a woman-owned independent record label, publishing house, recording studio, and boutique management team committed to elevating artists with precision, purpose, and authenticity. We build careers with staying power—not trends—by giving every project intentional direction and focused, hands-on leadership.

We work with only a select few artists at a time so their creative vision is fully realized. Our team provides structured release planning, brand development, creative direction, publishing support, studio production, touring strategy, and long-term career guidance tailored to each artist’s unique identity and goals.

Our in-house studio and extended creative network—producers, engineers, videographers, designers, merch teams, brand strategists, booking partners, and distributors—form a complete ecosystem built to compete at a national level with consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
